Join us for evenings of tea to learn about and experience the true flavors of specialty origin teas and herbal tisanes in our educational, interactive, & fun tea tasting workshops!
This unique workshop is structured as a comparative of 3 groups of 3 teas (nine teas total) to better highlight the similarities and differences within the teas being compared. This comparative discovery allows us to delve deeper than we ever have before to taste and compare the effects of terroir – soil, topography, climate, and processing of the leaves and how these factors influence the aromatic and taste characteristics expressed in origin teas. In this class, we’ll be exploring several aspects of the teas of the Glenburn Estate in Darjeeling, India. This one is not to be missed!
Savor five pairings of our specialty origin teas with small-batch, hand-crafted, award-winning artisanal cheeses from Sayville’s own – American Cheese. Join us for a unique, tasty and unforgettable experience!
Join us to indulge in five pairings of our specialty origin teas with small-batch, hand-crafted, bean-to-bar artisan chocolates from Fruition Chocolate.
