To Our First Time Visitors

If you are visiting our shop for the first time, please allow at least one hour for your visit. The majority of first-time customers browse our shop for at least this long.

Everything in our shop takes time to prepare, including the teas we weigh out for you to take home. We may ask you to return on another day if you arrive too near closing and we will be unable to properly accommodate you. We appreciate and do our best to welcome everyone that visits us and do not like to disappoint, but we cannot stay open past our posted hours. Thank you for understanding

Pre-Orders

Pre-orders of loose leaf teas are encouraged in order to streamline the preparation of your custom orders and reduce your wait time, especially if the shop is busy when you arrive. Orders also continue to be shipped nationwide and all (pre)orders can be placed in our online shop pleasuresoftea.com. For pre-orders, please indicate the date and approximate time of pick-up to ensure that your order will be ready and a minimum 24-hr notice is appreciated to ensure that we see your order in the queue and have the time to prepare it. Your pre-order is not finalized until you pick it up, so there is no need to input your credit card info. This allows flexibility to browse the shop, add more teas, a cup of tea, or some of our goodies to your order.
